To ensure a successful campaign for all advertisements, please allow 6-8 weeks prior to your event date to effectively plan and create the design materials to advertise/ promote your initiative. Upon submission, please be advised that some target dates may not be achievable based on other competing timelines. Our team will ensure that this is communicated in a timely manner and work on providing an alternate solution/ suggestion. Generally advertising campaigns should be launched 3-5 weeks prior to your event date.
