Men and women are led to see the importance of the right habits of living, and the saving power of the truth will be made known. Every city is to be entered by workers trained to do medical missionary work. Some activities our Health Ministries department engages in include, but are not limited to the annual walk-a-thon, exercise sessions for all ages, health nuggets during church service, healthy cookbook/healthy cooking sessions, health and wellness expos, first aider services during church service and other church-related events.

Our ministry is focuses on Jesus’ biblical examples of bringing physical, mental and spiritual healing to those who need it and are willing to accept His message through His servants of the Health Ministries committee. Our committee strives to deliver relevant health promotion and disease preventative programs that are Christ-based and evidence informed. Our programs are intended to increase the quality of life for all audiences and demonstrate Christ’s saving love and grace through biblical based health principles, methods and techniques. All church members, including those of various health and service backgrounds, youth and students with an interest in health, and members with no professional or educational background in health but a desire to serve Jesus Christ through health ministry.
