Kids Summer Market 2024
What else does my child need to know to prepare for the Summer Market in September?
In order for your child to participate they will be required to create/make a product, with the help of their parents if needed. Furthermore, parents/guardians are required to stay with their child/children for the entire event, including set-up and packing up. The children will be required to arrive between 2:00 pm and 2:15 pm to set up their table – tables, chairs, and a business sign will be provided to each child selected to be a vendor. Each child will be responsible for bringing their own money box and managing it throughout the event. Children should bring their own snacks and water for the day.
If your child would like to meet with a Children’s Ministries team member prior to the event to discuss their business idea, you or your child can ask Sisters Kamella Plummer, Joan Williams, or Kathyana Jean-Philipe to set up a time.
Kindly fill out the application form and return to the designated box located near the departments’ mailboxes at church. Applications close on July 6th. You may keep this page for your records.
