Mission Statement
Description
The Social Committee aims not only to organize but assist with initiatives throughout the church that bring our members together in a warm and loving atmosphere. We do so by executing social events such as games nights, bowling, family camps, church picnics, and international nights. We also make ourselves available to collaborate with other departments in the church to ensure that all members can experience a sense of belonging in an environment that fully appreciates and embraces their similarities and differences.
With a church that is so culturally diverse, this Committee has the platform that will allow members not only to share the richness of their own cultural background but to also embrace that of other countries. An engagement in this Ministry will assist in creating social connections with our total membership by serving them with love and humility.
